Refund Policy

A confirmed paid order may be cancelled for a full service-price refund if work has not started. Contact @plus8bit on X promptly with the order reference.

Because Break Audit and Launch Pack deliverables are personalized digital services, orders are generally non-refundable once analysis has started. If we cannot deliver the purchased scope, we will provide a replacement, correction, or full refund.

Approved refunds are returned in a mutually agreed supported crypto asset. Network fees, provider fees, exchange-rate movement, and any amount sent above the invoice requirement may affect the final amount received.

Never send funds to an address supplied through an unsolicited message. Refund details will be confirmed against the original order reference and customer contact.

The self-service calculator is free and therefore has no payment to refund.
